Up in the air??
Defined.
If you know me very well, you know how much I vehemently dislike having plans or circumstances up in the air. Flying by the seat of my pants?? I'd rather be on the ground. It is difficult for me to "go with the flow" unless I have personally assisted in the creation of the river we're on. Stuff like that.
I am a planner. I like to have Plan A, Plan B, Plan C and then a backup plan for all of those plans. I like lists. Hard dates. Time tables. Menus. And (if need be) charts. Charts are good.
I like to know what's coming up next - and what I need to be prepared...
So as you can imagine, since the tapestry of Operation Sell This House is woven with strands of ambiguity, hope, finger crossing, what it, if then, maybe, and all manner of other feelings of **shrug** we just won't know until we know... I have not been the happiest camper.
(Grand sweeping understatement there. )
But just when I think I have permanently lost both my sanity and sense of humor - I'll often get a sign... Look...
Oh.
So THAT'S what it looks like to have your house up in the air! I get it!
And somehow I feel so much better now just because I am not the owner of *that* place... Wow.
