The good/bad news? It's a Longaberger Basket Party. And I will admit, I looooves me some baskets. Love.them.

But I truly love them on clearance - say at ShopKo or Target or Ikea. I have many many baskets - and I use them all the time...

But Longaberger baskets?? Thems some expensive assed baskets. Well made? Oh yes... Beautiful?? You betcha... Collectible??? Yup...

But expensive.

Damn expensive.

Maybe I should leave my checkbook at home this time...

Update: Heh - Got a call from the governeighbor this time. The party is "postponed"... Gotta love it. : )
