Today's brain bender is easy schmeasy. No problemo. So I am adding a quirky little logic problem at the end to make things a bit more interesting. Ready? Here we go....

Find the word that fits the definitions below when it's 1) a whole word and 2) divided into two words.

1) Whole word: serious

2) Two words:
a. part of the body
b. home for a bird

Mel Colly stared through the dirty soot smeared window on the 26th floor of the office tower. Overcome with depression, he slid the window open and jumped through it. Though it was a sheer drop outside the building to the ground, miraculously he landed and was completely unhurt. Since there was nothing to cushion his fall or slow his decent, how could he have survived?

Okay, answers to follow in the comments like always! See you later!

Update: Well, Rachel at Pereiravile had the brain bender answered handily. And VW from One Happy Dog Speaks had things covered with the logic problem! Whoohoo! Smart people read my blog....
