Whimsical

That's how one of the Lookie Loos recently described my house.

Whimsical. As in:

"You can just tell they have a lot of fun here. There are whimsical touches throughout the home."

I think I like it!

See, I just like going into rooms and seeing things that flat out make me happy. Like my Harry Potter posters hanging in the laundry area (aka basement).





Or the gecko that hangs over the teeny door in the kitchen.








Or one of my all time favorite cartoons I framed and hung at the top of the basement stairs.
