Lunch Boxes

So okay - we are headed out to lunch. And we're going to score some boxes. That works, right?

Anyhoo - here is the Brain Bender for Tuesday.

Find a six-digit number in which the third digit is the product of the first and second digits, the second digit is half the first, the fourth digit is two less than the third and the last digit is half of the fourth.

The sum of all digits is 24.
