To Fondue?

Or not to fondue... That's today's question.

Okay, okay. So I am totally going to fondue, but I am struggling in finding a cheese fondue recipe that strikes me as really, really good.

Admittedly, I am a bit paranoid since I have never really made cheese fondue (Chocolate, yes. Meat, yes. But no cheese...) And I want something super yummy. So, any suggestions? Got a recipe?? Help a sister out!

(For heaven's sake - I live at ground zero for cheesy goodness - one would think I could figure this out...)
